• Every FotoMug Package is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• You can choose to utilise the credits by ticking on the checkbox - Yes, I want to utilise my credits. Click on 'Update Cart' button to apply redemption.
• Credits may be used only for the package and quantities specified in the FotoMug Packages. The value cannot be transferred to other print sizes, other products, shipping charges, or any applicable taxes. Credits cannot be transferred to another account, or combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, or credits.
• For delivery order, shipping charge applies.
• You can extend your FotoMug Package any time before the expiry date at only $5 for one month from the date of expiry. Please note that there will be no extension for expired FotoMug Packages.
• FotoMug Packages are strictly for Online Redemption only.

Here’s how it works:

• Select the FotoPackage you want and click 'Add to Cart'. Your order for the FotoPackage will be added to your cart.
• Click on View Cart to proceed with the purchase. Once transaction is successful, the print credits will be credited to your account.
• The credits will be deducted in your future order by the cost of one print of the same size from your total order.
• Your credits balance will be updated after redemption. You can view your credit balance any time by logging into your account under My Profile - My Credit Page.

Terms & Conditions:

• All 4R and FotoJumbo FotoPackages are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• 8R FotoPackages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• All FotoPackages are based on the print price of Matt/Gloss and Vivid Matt/Vivid Gloss. Additional fee will be applied for selection on FotoSilk paper or Classic(Border) option.
• Additional fees on services such as Classic(border) and FotoSilk selection will only be entitled to FotoPrivi discount(if any). Not applicable to other discounts/promotions.
